There is an equation for solving the damage done on this site that'll you'll have to do yourself whenever you're attacked. Any other battle related things will also be put in here.
Note: The Serebii Pokedex may be needed for some things.
Evolution Bonus
To take account of the different evolution stages in, there is something called the Evolution Bonus here. Depending on which stage your Pokemon is at, there will be an extract one, two, or three to your damage. This goes for both your attacks and defenses, depending on which one your using at the moment.
Level Wait
This is for how long a Pokemon waits before learning an attack move naturally. For every 5 levels, the power will go up by 1. Using Squirtle's Level up moves, Tackle wouldn't have any extra power, but Bubble would since it was learned at Lv.7 and had to wait at least five levels. For Blastoise, Aqua Tail would have an extra 6 damage and Skull Bash would have an extra 7 damage since each had to wait 30 and 35 levels respectively. As such, this goes for any Pokemon.
Note: So this will work with TMs and HMs as well, some of the stronger ones Pokemon may not be able to learn until they are a certain level so that the attack has the appropriate Level Wait bonus.
Equation
Note: The way it is listed is the order it is to be done in.
HP
Hp will be x2.5 (Round up) the Pokemon's level for normal colored Pokemon. Shinies will be x3 the Pokemon's level.
Other
Pokemon will always be allowed to have one Special/Physical attack and one Other attack.
Speed, accuracy, and evasion will all have to do with dodging. However, there is no complex system to this. Evasion is how often a Pokemon can get out of the way of an attack, but if it doesn't have enough Speed, it won't be able to. Accuracy is how often the attacks will hit.
Experience
Your Pokemon will need a certain amount of experience to level up. How much experience you need is x3 their level.
Example in next post.

- +1
Pokemon that evolve three times.
Pokemon that evolve twice until Lv.25 (If it evolves at Lv. 30 or 40 for example, it'll have the +2 before then.)
Pokemon that don't evolve at all until Lv.25 - +2
Pokemon that are in the middle stage of evolving.
Pokemon that have finished evolving until Lv.36 (If it evolves at Lv. 15 or 20, it'll stay with the +2 until reaching Lv.36.) Does not apply if Pokemon evolves at Lv.30 to 35.
Pokemon that don't evolve at all until Lv.36 - +3
Pokemon that are at the final evolution stage.
Pokemon that are Lv.36 or above.

Equation
Note: The way it is listed is the order it is to be done in.
- Start with base damage. (Base damage=Half of your Pokemon's level.)
- Add your evolution bonus in.
- Subtract opponent's evolution bonus.
- Add the level wait in.
- Multiply STAB in. (STAB=1.5)
- Add/subtract stat bonuses in if they correspond to whether the attack is Physical or Special. (Sharply=-/+2 Lower/Raise=-/+1)
- Multiply the type advantage(x2,x4 if two advantages)/disadvantage(x.5) in.
- Multiply the critical hit in if there is any. (Critical hit=x2)
- The last number is the answer.

- A wild Pokemon gives you same amount as the wild Pokemon's level.
- A trainer Pokemon will give you x2.25 as the battled Pokemon.
- If multiple Pokemon are used in a battle, each one will get half the experience. The more Pokemon used against one, the lower it will be cut.
